Hey guys! I'm back with another health and beauty article that I'm so excited to share with you. Without further ado, here are my favorite everyday makeup products. By "favorite" I mean these are the ones that I would reach for when doing my make up for the office or for church. On a regular day, when I'm feeling lazy (which is 4/5 days in the week) I would normally reach for just the concealer, mascara, and lipstick. But when I feel extra
sipag or if I have a meeting to attend to, these are the things that go on my face.
1. Foundation - I have 2 go-to foundations depending on what finish I want to achieve. If I want a hulas-proof or matte finish, I usually go for the L'Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte foundation in 105 Natural Beige. I swear, this lives up to its hype! My fresh is matte all day long and it does not feel heavy on the skin. If I'm after a soft, dewy finish, I go for the L'Oreal Paris Le Teint True Match Super Blendable Liquid Foundation in G2 Golden Shell. This is so blendable and so light on the skin and leaves a very dewy finish that lasts the whole day.

2. Concealer - On "lazy" days, I normally wear concealer and powder and I'm good to go. For concealer I use two products: L'Oreal True Match Super Blendable Concealer in W4-5 Light/Medium. It really is super blendable as it claims and matches my skin really well, does not cake, brightens up my under eye and lasts all day! I mix this with the L'Oreal Lumi Magique Touch of Light Highlighting Pen, which also brightens up my under eye and gives a natural highlight on the high points of my face. I can't wear this alone because it's too light and looks unnatural that's why I mix it with the True Match concealer. Perfect combo!

3. Powder - After concealer/foundation, I set my face with the BLK Cosmetics All-Day Matte Powder Foundation. I super love this! It really lasts all day with minimal touch-ups. My oily face stays demi-matte and it does not feel heavy or cake-y on the skin. It also did not give me breakouts so that's a plus for me! I also wear this alone, especially during weekends when I don't want to wear heavy make-up.

4. Highlight - I don't like a very matte face when I do my make up so I always use a subtle highlight on my cheekbones. The Maybelline Master Strobing Stick in Nude is the perfect highlight for my face and it's not too blinding so it's wearable in the office. A little of the product goes a long way so this is sure to last a long time.

5. Blush - I have to say, this is one of my splurges when it comes to make-up and I don't regret it. The Nars Blush in Orgasm is in every makeup artists' kit (at least those that I know) and I understand why. This gives you a glow that is just perfect for everyday look, along with a hint of color for your cheeks. Definitely a cult favorite!

6. Brows -
Kilay is life! I hardly step out of the house without wearing my brow products, unless of course I'm going for a run. Some of my go-to brow products are the Maybelline Brow Mascara in Dark Brown - which I use to tame my eyebrows after shading with brow pencil. It really holds your brows in place, for that brows on-fleek look! For brow pencils, I use Face Shop Brow Pencil - this was a gift and I've been using this everyday. You can see how small it is already from sharpening. I also use Seventeen sculpting pencil in dark brown. I bought this for roughly Php 70 at Boots in London (1 Pound!) and a little of this goes a long way. When I feel like paying extra attention to my brows, I use the L'Oreal Brow Artist Genius Kit in Dark Brown. It has a wax to shape your brows and powder to fill in your brows. It comes with a mini brush and spoolie so this is travel friendly.

7. Eyeliner - I like a natural look when it comes to eyeliner for everyday makeup. That's why my go-to eyeliner is the Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner in Brown. All day, no smudge and very natural-looking. I like wearing this alone too, when I feel like my eyes need a little emphasis. And since it's brown, it's not too prominent, and looks really natural.

8. Mascara - My go-to mascara since I started wearing make up is the Maybelline Hyper Curl Volum Express Waterproof mascara. It's smudge-proof, waterproof and does not leave you with panda eyes after a long day. It also holds the curl of your eyelashes, perfect for asian lashes which grow straight down. It really opens up your eyes and makes you look awake. I've been using this ever since, and I don't think I'm going to switch. It's also very affordable and can be found in almost all drugstores and department stores nationwide.

9. Lipstick - My favorite part! Lipsticks. I have tons of lipstick on my makeup stash and if I could, I'd wear them all! But for my everyday makeup, here are my favorites: L'Oreal Color Riche Matte in Maple Mocha for a grungy color, BLK Cosmetics Limited Edition Bridal Collection in I Do for a sweet pink color, Maybelline Creamy Mattes in Touch of Spice (my favorite! You can see in the pic below how flat it is already) for the perfect MLBB, L'oreal Color Riche Matte in Spring Rosette for a rosy pink color, and for a natural looking tint and shine I reach for the Tony Moly Magic Lip Tint Delight in #3.
