At first I was hesitant to watch this movie, but when I saw a lot of posts about it, mi amor and I decided to watch Coco. 

Coco is about Miguel, a young boy who dreamed of becoming an accomplished musician despite the ban on music in his family. He then finds himself in the Land of the Dead, meeting his family and a trickster named Hector, who together, embark on a journey to discover the real story behind Miguel's family history. 

This movie teaches you to "Seize the Moment!" as one of the characters said. It also teaches you to reach for your dreams and believe that you can attain anything. It also shows the value of family, and forgiveness. That sometimes it's better to forgive, rather than carry a heavy heart to the grave. 

I do not want to give any spoilers but what I can say is at the end of the movie, there was not a single dry eye in the movie house. Even mi amor was tearing up!

Disney-Pixar sure has made another movie that touched so many people, and made me realize the importance of family. With songs written by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez (Frozen), this movie is a must watch for the whole family!
